December 2009 Drubthwacket
The club was responsible for Christmas decorations in a room at Drumthwacket, the Governor's Mansion in Princeton.

2006 Sunflower Contest
The club supplied sunflower seeds to children at the St. John's on the Mountain preschool in
Bernardsville for a contest
for the largest sunflower.
Denise Hawkins, a club member, teaches there and promotes and supports the contest.
The winner was four year old Eliza Walters for a 5 inch sunflower.

Freedom Trail Bench
The club donated a bench to the Freedom Trail of Great Americans
as part of the National Garden Clubs nationwide project. The trail will be located at the Rutgers
Garden. Our bench will honor John Basilone. The "tea in the garden" ceremony for the Trail was held on
June 15, 2006.
